This new 54,000-square-foot medical office building and ambulatory surgery center is at 123 Everett Road in Colonie.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Breaking ground on Colonie Surgery Center &amp; Medical Offices\" src=\"https:\/\/albanyentandallergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ground5-min-768x435.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"406\" height=\"230\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1039\" srcset=\"https:\/\/albanyentandallergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ground5-min-768x435.png 768w, https:\/\/albanyentandallergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ground5-min-1280x725.png 1280w, https:\/\/albanyentandallergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ground5-min.png 1325w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 406px) 100vw, 406px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The project was developed by Richard Paulsen of the Paulsen Development Company, Gavin Setzen and Lawrence Kaufman from Albany ENT and Leonard Goldstock and Frank Congiusta from OrthoNY.
