If somebody asks you about sneezing and your mind automatically goes to a cartoon dwarf, you\u2019re hardly alone.<\/p>\n

The most common allergens are pollen, dust mites, animal dander, mold, chemicals and food. Sneezing is one of the key symptoms associated with allergies.<\/p>\n

Over 200 different viruses can cause upper respiratory infections; the majority lead to the common cold or flu.<\/p>\n

Sneezing is your body\u2019s way of trying to dispel the germs and bacteria causing your illness.<\/p>\n

Sometimes, a sneeze can come on suddenly and may not happen at the most opportune of moments, but keep in mind that sneezing is a good thing. It\u2019s helping to protect your body from harm!<\/p>\n
