Dr. Scagnelli is a board-certified otolaryngologist and surgeon, dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes and quality of life through both medical and surgical interventions. His expertise lies in sinus and nasal airway surgery, encompassing more complex frontal sinus procedures.
Dr. Scagnelli received his undergraduate degree from Siena College and earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College. He remained at Albany Medical Center to serve both his internship and residency. He is also a proud member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Scagnelli enjoys running, golfing, cooking and spending time with family. Additionally, he is active in his community church and takes pride living and working in the Capital Region.
