UPDATE Audiology & Hearing Aid Patients:
Repairs and supply refills will be done by appointment only until further notice.
If a repair is needed please fill out the hearing aid repair request on the patient portal and call 518-701-2035 to schedule an appointment directly with Todd.
Those that prefer an on-demand appointment will see a sign on our door with instructions. Please return to your vehicle, call 518-701-2087 and an appointment will be arranged.
We strongly encourage you to make an appointment in advance for more efficient service.
Service Update: Albany and Saratoga offices will reopen with limited hours for in-person visits on Monday, May 4th.
Albany Office
As of Monday, April 27th we are pleased to announce the resumption of allergy immunotherapy shots and sublingual drops at our Albany location. As of Monday, May 4th, the Albany location will resume in-person visits.
In accordance with NYS requirements, we require anyone entering either location maintain:
- facial masking of nose and mouth
- social distancing of at least 6 feet. (This may require that we ask you to wait outside for a period of time so make sure you dress accordingly.)
We are asking you to consider rescheduling your in-person appointment if you:
- Are in the 65 and older age range
- Have any underlying medical conditions (heart disease, COPD, cancer)
- Are at risk due to a compromised immune system
- Currently (or in the past 14 days) have a cough, difficulty breathing or fever
If you have any symptoms listed above, please contact your primary care provider so they can direct you appropriately.
During this critical time, we are offering telemedicine visits for new and existing patients. These appointments have been designed to provide a safe alternative to in-person visits.
